Flow & Flowers: Yoga on the Farm

Join us for a morning of yoga and flower arranging at your local flower farm!  Start your day with a relaxing yoga class taught by Jess King, followed by a hands-on workshop in creating your own flower arrangements.  Learn how to choose the right flowers, design your arrangement, and add finishing touches.  All materials are included, and you'll take home your beautiful creation.

About Jess King:

She has a passion for teaching and sharing her gifts.  She is a nature enthusiast and when she isn't teaching yoga, you can find her birding, hiking, and soaking up the beautiful outdoors.
