Service Description

Private Photography Sessions & Field Access. As a working flower farm, our fields are a busy, living landscape! To ensure you and your clients have a dedicated, uninterrupted experience, we require all private and large-scale photoshoots to be reserved in advance via a Private Access Pass. Farm Schedule & Golden Hours: Our team actively harvests and works in the fields daily from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Early morning and late afternoon/golden hour booking slots are available to catch the best lighting. Studio Amenities: Photographers and clients have access to our studio facilities, which include our restroom where you can do multiple changes of clothes. Photographer Policy & FAQ. 1. Where do I park? Opposite the white farmstand is our visitor parking area. Please park East Facing towards the wire fence. 2. How do I access the fields upon arrival? Our annual fields and front pastures are right by the parking lot and farmstand. We have our orchard, Greenhouse, food forrest, perennial fields and other spectacular shooting spots in the back. Please feel free to walk meander all around the premises. 3. Can clients pick flowers during the session? To preserve our fields for all visitors and future shoots, flower picking is strictly prohibited during photography sessions unless you have added a "U-Pick Bouquet" package to your pass. If you'd like cut blooms as props, please let us know in advance! 4. What is the policy on staying on pathways? We ask that you respect our flowers but more than anything have fun. So if you think a spot on the farm will be perfect, then use it! 5. Where can we shoot? Nothing is off limits on the farm. Some fun spots are the tunnel in the back, the barn, the greenhouse, inside our allotment gardens. All we ask is if a gate is closed to please keep it closed if you go through it. 6. What happens in the case of bad weather? Weather can be unpredictable on the farm. If severe weather or heavy rain makes the fields unusable, we will gladly reschedule your session for another available date. 7. Are pets allowed during sessions? We love animals. And to keep yours and ours safe please keep all pets on a leash only. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog, so we can keep ours securely inside. 8. Can we bring extra props (furniture, arches, etc)? Sure! As long as you take props home too, and leave the farm as you found it. Ps. We have some fun props about the farm too that you are welcome to move around and use.
